Hello dear friend,

As I write to you from my warm and cozy office on this cold January day, I can’t help but notice the butterflies in my stomach. There’s no big event or reason for them at this very moment, but they flutter all the same.

I think it’s because I’m looking ahead at the new year—at the endless creative possibilities waiting to unfold.

To make sense of it all, I’ve started a journal to gather my thoughts, dreams, and goals for the year. It’s a simple act, but one that has transformed what might feel like overwhelm into a quiet, excited hope—those butterflies.
